Kaizen is a Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement. The idea behind it is to measure and monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and focus on those areas in order to make steady progress towards goals. It is a powerful concept that can be applied to any aspect of life.

I have personally found that this philosophy can also be applied in a specific way, which I call "Kaizen Debugging". This personal philosophy and concept is about running everything in debug mode, constantly looking for points where something isn't working, creating a plan to fix the specific issue, and then moving on to the next point of failure.

This method helps to eliminate the broken parts and optimize the holistic system. Whether it's in your JiuJitsu training, career, professional skills, or relationships, the key to success is to always be looking for areas to improve.

The Kaizen Debugging approach applies to everything, mentally, physically, habits, small things, and big things. It's important to remember that there's no final result for anything, everything can be better. What you have at the moment is the best live version of something, and there's no shame in that. The key is to improve it by fixing the worst pieces and running the process all over again.

By applying the Kaizen Debugging concept to everything in our lives, we can make steady progress towards our goals and become the best version of ourselves.

PS. Yeah, yeah, I know what you're thinking, this is just like Kaizen. But hey, this is my own personal take on it. And hey, different strokes for different folks, right? 😉
